KUTGS had a fantastic event to celebrate the Diwali this year. Children put up a great celebratory show and we had speeches from our guests of Honour:
- The Worshipful the Mayor and Mayoress of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Councillor Roy Arora & Mrs Manisha Arora
- James Berry, Member of Parliament for Kingston & Surbiton
- Mahendrabhai Thakar, Sarvoday Hindu Association
- John Azah, Director at Kingston Race and Equalities Council
- Councillor Thay Thayalan, Tolworth and Hook Rise Ward
This was following by fantastic fireworks and delicious home cooked food.
